Character-Specific Dialogue & Events

While all characters can complete any scenario, each of the eight playable survivors in Resident Evil Outbreak possesses unique dialogue, special actions, and even exclusive events that can significantly alter gameplay or provide valuable insights into the unfolding disaster. Leveraging these character-specific elements can streamline your progress, unlock hidden lore, or simply add replayability. This section details these unique interactions for each character across various scenarios.

Kevin Ryman

  • Special Action: Kevin's "Kick" is a powerful melee attack that can knock down most standard zombies and even stun larger creatures, providing crucial breathing room or allowing teammates to escape.
    • Strategy: Use Kick to conserve ammo on single zombies or to create distance when surrounded. It's particularly effective in tight corridors.
  • Exclusive Event (Outbreak - Bar): If Kevin is present in the Bar at the start of the "Outbreak" scenario, he can attempt to kick open the locked back door leading to the alley.
    • Steps:
      1. Head to the back of the Bar, past the restrooms.
      2. Approach the locked door. Kevin will have a unique interaction prompt.

Cindy Lennox
