Collectibles Checklist (Specific)
Welcome, fellow BSAA agent! This comprehensive checklist will guide you through every collectible in Resident Evil: Revelations, ensuring you don't miss a single hidden gem. We'll cover Handprints, Custom Parts, and rare weapons, providing precise locations and strategies for acquisition. Remember to utilize your Genesis scanner frequently; it's your best friend for uncovering hidden items and revealing enemy weaknesses.
Handprints (Genesis Scanner Required)
There are a total of 30 Handprints scattered throughout the Queen Zenobia and other locations. Scanning all of them unlocks the "Research Complete" achievement/trophy. They often blend into the environment, so keep your Genesis scanner equipped and sweep every area thoroughly, especially after clearing out enemies.
- Episode 1: Into the Depths
- Handprint 1: On the wall directly opposite the door leading into the first large room (where you encounter the first Ooze).
- Handprint 2: In the Medical Room, on the glass of the operating theater, to the left of the main entrance.
- Handprint 3: After obtaining the "Ship Map," head back to the corridor. It's on the wall near the locked door that requires the "Crew Quarters Key."
- Episode 2: Double Takedown
- Handprint 4: In the Promenade, on the large display window of the casino, near the entrance to the main hall.
- Handprint 5: Inside the Casino, on one of the slot machines in the back row, near the stage.
- Handprint 6: In the Observation Deck, on the large circular window overlooking the ocean.
- Episode 3: Ghost Ship
- Handprint 7: In the Solarium, on the wall of the pool area, near the changing rooms.
- Handprint 8: After draining the pool in the Solarium, descend the ladder. It's on the wall of the drained pool.
- Handprint 9: In the Cafeteria, on the wall behind the serving counter.
- Episode 4: A Nightmare Revisited
- Handprint 10: In the Grand Hall, on the large portrait above the main staircase.
- Handprint 11: In the Guest Room corridor, on the wall next to the door of the first room on the left.
- Handprint 12: Inside the "Crew Quarters" (accessed with the key), on the bunk bed in the far corner.
- Episode 5: The Spear of Triton
- Handprint 13: In the Laboratory, on the glass of one of the containment units.
- Handprint 14: In the Research Facility, on the wall near the computer console that requires the "Fingerprint Scanner."
- Handprint 15: In the Underwater section, on the glass of the submarine's cockpit.
- Episode 6: Cat and Mouse
- Handprint 16: In the Engine Room, on one of the large pipes near the central mechanism.
- Handprint 17: In the Boiler Room, on the wall behind the large boiler unit.
- Handprint 18: After activating the elevator, before entering it, look on the wall to the right.
- Episode 7: The Regia Solis
- Handprint 19: In the Bridge, on the main control panel.
- Handprint 20: In the Communications Room, on the large screen displaying static.
- Handprint 21: In the Helipad area, on the side of the helicopter.
- Episode 8: All on the Line
- Handprint 22: In the Flooded Corridor (after the ship tilts), on the ceiling above the submerged walkway.
- Handprint 23: In the Cargo Hold, on one of the large crates stacked near the entrance.
- Handprint 24: In the Lower Decks, on the wall of the narrow passage leading to the final encounter.
- Episode 9: The Only Way Out
- Handprint 25: In the Terragrigia flashback, on the wall of the burning building, near the entrance.
- Handprint 26: In the Terragrigia flashback, on a damaged police car.
- Episode 10: The Ultimate Abyss
- Handprint 27: In the Abyss, on the wall of the cavern, near the first group of Ooze.
- Handprint 28: In the Abyss, on a rock formation near the large chasm.
- Episode 11: Revelations
- Handprint 29: In the final boss arena, on the wall of the platform you start on.
- Handprint 30: In the final boss arena, on the side of one of the large debris pieces.
Custom Parts
Custom Parts are crucial for upgrading your weapons and improving their effectiveness. They are often found in locked weapon cases, hidden in obscure corners, or dropped by specific enemies. Always check every nook and cranny!
- Episode 1: Into the Depths
- Damage I: Found in the first large room (where you encounter the first Ooze), inside a weapon case on the lower level.
- Fire Rate I: In the Medical Room, inside a weapon case on the counter.
- Episode 2: Double Takedown
- Capacity I: In the Promenade, inside a weapon case behind the bar counter.
- Long Range I: Inside the Casino, on a table near the stage.
- Episode 3: Ghost Ship
- Auto Loader: In the Solarium, after draining the pool, inside a weapon case at the bottom.
- Charge Shot I: In the Cafeteria, inside a weapon case in the kitchen area.
- Episode 4: A Nightmare Revisited
- Damage II: In the Grand Hall, inside a weapon case on the second floor balcony.
- Critical I: Inside the "Crew Quarters," inside a weapon case in the main sleeping area.
- Episode 5: The Spear of Triton
- Fire Rate II: In the Laboratory, inside a weapon case in the main research area.
- Burst I: In the Research Facility, inside a weapon case near the "Fingerprint Scanner" console.

- Grenade Launcher: In the Cargo Hold, inside a weapon case on a high platform (requires a jump or careful positioning).

- Daze I: In the Terragrigia flashback, inside a weapon case in the police station.
- Episode 10: The Ultimate Abyss
- Narrow I: In the Abyss, inside a weapon case near the large chasm.
- Episode 11: Revelations
- Fangs: In the final boss arena, inside a weapon case on the lower platform.
Rare Weapons
These powerful weapons are often well-hidden or require specific conditions to obtain. They can significantly aid your survival against the horrors of the Queen Zenobia.
- Machine Gun (MP5):
- Location: Episode 1, in the Dining Room. After solving the "Veltro" puzzle and opening the secret passage, it's on a table inside.
- Strategy: This is an early-game powerhouse. Don't miss it!
- Shotgun (M3):
- Location: Episode 2, in the Promenade. After dealing with the initial Ooze, it's in a locked weapon case near the casino entrance. You'll need the "Promenade Key" to open it, which is found in the Observation Deck.
- Strategy: Essential for close-quarters combat. Prioritize getting this.
- Rifle (PSG1):
- Location: Episode 4, in the Grand Hall. After the ship tilts, you can access a previously unreachable area on the upper floor. It's in a weapon case there.
- Strategy: Excellent for taking out enemies from a distance, especially Scagdeads.
- Magnum (Python):
- Location: Episode 7, in the Bridge. After defeating the Scagdead mini-boss, it's in a weapon case on the captain's console.
- Strategy: Your ultimate weapon for boss fights and heavily armored enemies. Conserve its rare ammunition!
- Rocket Launcher:
- Location: Episode 12 (Final Boss). This weapon is automatically provided to you for the final encounter.
- Strategy: Use it wisely to deal massive damage to the final boss.
