Custom Training in Rocket League

Rocket League is a physics-based vehicle soccer game where teams compete to score the most points. Customization is a key aspect, allowing players to personalize their vehicles with various items. These items are purely cosmetic and provide no in-game advantages.

There are five categories of collectible items:

  • Decals
  • Wheels
  • Rocket Trails
  • Toppers
  • Bodies (Battle-Cars)

Specific wheels like the Tremor and X-Tempo are examples of customizable items. The Tremor wheels, released on March 11, 2020, were part of the Ignition Series. They can be obtained from Blueprints, the Item Shop when available, or by trading with other players. They come in painted variants such as Black, Burnt Sienna, Cobalt, and Crimson.

The X-Tempo wheels, released on February 23, 2021, are found in Season 2 Series blueprints or by trading up 5 Rare blueprints from the same series. They can also be traded between players. X-Tempo wheels are categorized as Deluxe rarity, while the special edition X-Tempo: Radiant are Import rarity. Painted variants include Cobalt, Crimson, Forest Green, Grey, and Lime.

Vehicle bodies, also known as Battle-Cars, are the most fundamental customization option. Rocket League features ten standard car bodies, with four available by default and six unlocked after completing matches. These ten default cars are classified as Base rarity. Each vehicle body belongs to one of six Body Types. New Battle-Cars are introduced via Blueprints, the Item Shop, and the Rocket Pass, with over 75 vehicle bodies currently available.
