Enemies here include the Gravewalker, which can inflict curse, and the Wrathful Undead, a powerful melee enemy. Your main objective is to find the Sanctuary and then locate the path to The Pitchwoods. The Pitchwoods is a dark, foreboding forest filled with monstrous creatures and powerful mages. It's another highly challenging area, with enemies that deal high damage and inflict various status effects. Be prepared for a tough fight and utilize your Brands to find shortcuts and safe zones. The Pitchwoods eventually leads to the final areas of the game.
