Your journey begins on the desolate Shivering Shore. After the initial tutorial, head right, defeat the basic Drowned enemies, and pick up your first weapon. Continue right until you reach the first Sanctuary. Rest, level up if possible, and pledge to The Three. Proceed further right, past more Drowned, until you encounter the first boss, the Kraeken Cyclops. This boss is a tutorial fight; focus on dodging its slow attacks and counter-attacking. After defeating it, continue right into the Festering Banquet. This area introduces more varied enemies like the Drowned Outlaw and the Court Sorcerer. Explore thoroughly to find hidden items and shortcuts. Your main goal is to reach the next Sanctuary and then locate the path leading to the Castle of Storms. Be wary of traps and environmental hazards. The Festering Banquet also contains your first opportunity to find a Stone Merchant, allowing you to purchase basic supplies.
