Defeat the Chained Ogre in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Use the Flame Vent Prosthetic Tool and Shinobi Firecrackers to exploit his weaknesses.

Weaknesses: Flame Vent, Shinobi Firecrackers, being pushed off ledges
Strategy: Clear the two enemies near him first. You can get a stealth Deathblow by grappling to the roof above and dropping down. For the second phase, keep your distance and bait his grab attacks, which are slow and easily dodged. Use the Flame Vent Prosthetic Tool (found nearby) when he's vulnerable or after he finishes a combo. The Shinobi Firecrackers can also stun him. He's susceptible to being pushed off ledges with a well-timed kick after breaking his posture, but this is risky. Reward: Prayer Bead, Shinobi Medicine Rank 1.
