Spirit Emblem Management

Spirit Emblems are crucial for using Shinobi Prosthetic Tools and some Combat Arts. All prosthetic tools, except the grapple, consume Spirit Emblems. Combat Arts, while potent and enjoyable to perform, may also require Spirit Emblems.

To equip prosthetic tools, return to the Dilapidated Temple and speak with the Sculptor. Select "Present Shinobi Prosthetic" and "Fit New Prosthetic Tool." He will equip the Loaded Shuriken. You can equip prosthetic tools via the Equipment Menu. Press R2 to use tools and Triangle to cycle through them, even in combat, to chain different effects.

After equipping the Loaded Shuriken, you can return to the Ashina Outskirts Wall - Gate Path Idol. Enemies will have respawned, but you can grapple to the rooftop above where you found the Shuriken Wheel. Head left to find 1x Pellet on a snowy ledge. From this platform, you can spot the mini-boss, General Naomori Kawarada. Crouch and slowly move forward, dropping to other ledges, then grapple onto the rooftop to set up a stealth deathblow for an easier fight.
