What are Sculptor's Idols?
Sculptor's Idols are sacred resting points scattered throughout the game world. They serve as checkpoints where Sekiro can rest, recover his Vitality and Posture, replenish his Healing Gourd uses, and manage his skills and prosthetic tools. They are also the primary means of fast travel.
Unlocking Sculptor's Idol Travel
Upon discovering a new Sculptor's Idol for the first time, you will automatically unlock it as a resting point. However, the ability to travel between Sculptor's Idols is also unlocked upon your first interaction with any Sculptor's Idol. When you rest at an Idol, you will see a 'Travel' option appear in the menu. Selecting this option will bring up a map of all the Sculptor's Idols you have discovered so far.
How to Use Sculptor's Idol Travel
- Approach a Sculptor's Idol: Find any discovered Sculptor's Idol in the game world.
- Interact with the Idol: Press the desated button to rest and access the menu.
- Select 'Travel': Choose the 'Travel' option from the menu.
- Choose Your Destination: A map will appear displaying all the Sculptor's Idols you have discovered. Select the desired Idol from the map.
- Confirm Travel: Confirm your selection, and Sekiro will be transported to the chosen Sculptor's Idol.
Benefits of Fast Travel

Limitations
You can only travel to Sculptor's Idols that you have already discovered. Therefore, exploration is still key to unlocking new fast travel points. Additionally, fast travel is not possible during combat or in certain scripted sequences.
