Endings:

1. Nihilism: Accept the White's proposal. Flynn destroys the Yamato Perpetual Reactor, creating a black hole that consumes the universe.
2. Law: Refuse the White. Flynn sides with Jonathan/Merkabah. After defeating Lucifer, Merkabah destroys Tokyo and themselves. Flynn is remembered as a hero in Mikado, but the truth remains hidden.
3. Chaos: Refuse the White. Flynn sides with Walter/Lucifer. After defeating Merkabah, Lucifer suggests Flynn become the new king of a war-torn Tokyo.
4. Neutral: Refuse the White. Flynn sides with Stephen. He must destroy the dome between Tokyo and Mikado to revive the goddess Burroughs, uniting the people and restoring Tokyo.
