After descending from the rooftop via a precarious fire escape, you'll find yourself on the streets, now a labyrinth of overgrown vegetation and unsettling silence. Your immediate goal is to reach the 'Old Clinic' marked on your map. The streets are patrolled by 'Flower-Headed' creatures, which are slow but deal significant damage. Use your Kitchen Knife for close-quarters combat, aiming for their heads for critical hits. Alternatively, you can often sneak past them by utilizing cover (cars, overgrown bushes) and observing their patrol patterns. Be wary of the 'Whispering Vines' that occasionally block paths; these can be cut down with your knife, but doing so alerts nearby enemies. Follow the main road, heading east. You'll encounter a collapsed bridge. To bypass it, look for an alleyway to your right, leading to a narrow passage behind a row of shops. This passage will eventually open up into a small park. Cross the park, being mindful of a 'Crawling Abomination' that lurks near the fountain. It's best to sprint past this creature if you can, as it's quite resilient. The Old Clinic is visible across the park, its distinctive red roof a beacon in the gloom. Enter through the main entrance.
