Upon entering the Old Clinic, the air is heavy with the scent of decay and antiseptic. Your first objective is to investigate the ground floor for clues. The reception area is immediately to your left. Examine the desk for a Clinic Map Fragment and a Patient Log, which contains cryptic entries. The main corridor ahead is partially blocked. To proceed, you'll need to find a way to open the locked door to the 'Records Room'. Head into the waiting room on the right. On a small table, you'll find a Doctor's ID Card. This card is crucial. Return to the main corridor and use the ID card on the card reader next to the Records Room door. Inside the Records Room, search the filing cabinets for another Clinic Map Fragment and a Torn Journal Page detailing strange experiments. Be aware of a 'Nurse' creature that may patrol this area; it's slow but relentless. A single shot from a newly acquired Rusty Revolver (found in the Records Room desk drawer) to its head can stun it, allowing you to pass. Your next goal is to find access to the upper floors.
