    Before you rappel down, go to the back of the room to find the intel, which is the Flag on the wall with writing on it.

    Rappel down the rope and head down the road.

    After heading down the road a bit, a (cutscene (a non-interactive cinematic the game plays automatically)) will trigger. You will have to decide which civilian needs to die.

    Move on up the road. You will find a FAMAS rifle in the sand for the first time.

    Continue up the road. After you slide down a sand dune, you will come under attack.

    Head up to one of the highway signs for (cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects)) and take out the soldiers on the high ground to your right and left. Stay on the sign and do not move up.

    After a few minutes, a sandstorm will cut through the city. A large portion of the enemy force will leave.

    Head up the road and expect multiple groups of enemies. Enemy soldiers will not fire on you until you are within a couple meters of them. Use your grenades.

    Take your time and stop to heal if you need it.

    Reach the pipe at the end of the road to end the chapter with a (cutscene).
Tips
  • You are not expected to kill everyone during the initial highway sign encounter.
  • Enemy soldiers won't fire until you are very close, but your aim will be thrown off.
  • Use grenades to their full capacity when facing multiple groups of enemies.
  • There is no time limit, so feel free to take it slowly and heal.
