- 1Obtain an Anvil and collect it.
- 2Use the Wooden Crafting Table to craft a Metalwork Station using the Molten Core, Anvil, and 300 Pixels.
- 3Place the Metalwork Station; it crafts everything the Anvil could and more.
- 4Craft the Starmap Upgrade MK2 using five Iron Bars and 450 Pixels.
- 5Use the Starmap Upgrade MK2 to upgrade your Starmap. You will receive the message "Starmap Updated. New data has been uploaded to your ships navigation systems. Select the Beta Sector from the top of the navigator when in galaxy view to advance."
- 6New blueprints are available in the Metalwork Station, including six Level 15 weapons, Steel Blocks, Steel Chain, Robotic Crafting Table, Steel Hunting Bow, Steel Bar, Guard Spawner, race-specific spawner, Robot Legs, Robot Head, Robot Chest, Robot Arms, Inactive Robot, Refinery, Brain Extractor, Artificial Brain, Steel Lever, Oil Lantern, Steel Door, Steel Chair, Steel Bed, Silver Greaves, Silver Helmet, Silver Chestpiece, and Tier Two Race-Specific Armour.
- 7Craft Steel Bars by combining Iron Bars and Coal. Stockpile both.
- 8Craft Silver Armour and upgrade it to the second tier of your class armour using Steel Bars.
- 9Craft the Brain Extractor, Refinery, Robot Arms, Robot Chest, and Robot Legs.
- 10Use the Brain Extractor to kill monsters, collecting Superior Brains (Inferior Brains are useless).
- 11Craft an Artificial Brain using a Superior Brain.
- 12Craft a Robot Head using the Artificial Brain.
- 13Craft the Inactive Robot using the Robot Head.
- 14Gear up for the boss battle.
- 15Place the Inactive Robot on a large, flat surface. Interact with it to activate it.
- 16Lure the boss into a cave tunnel and block the entrance with blocks.
- 17Position yourself to attack the boss through small gaps in the blocks, jumping in and out of range.
- 18The boss uses Bash, Body Slam, Flame Burst, and Charge. Flame Burst is dangerous and deals burn damage.
- 19Ensure you have at least Silver Armour and one piece of second-tier class armour. Use Bandages (30-40 recommended) to heal after Flame Burst.
- 20Continue attacking until the boss is defeated. If you die, return to the boss location quickly before it despairs.
- 21The boss drops a Processor.
- 22Return to your ship. Break your Wooden Crafting Table and add it to your inventory.
- 23Craft a Robotic Crafting Table from the Metalwork Station using 20 Steel Bars, 600 Pixels, and the Processor.
- 24Place the Robotic Crafting Table.
- 25Craft the Starmap Upgrade MK3 using five Steel Bars and 750 Pixels.
- 26Use the Starmap Upgrade MK3 to upgrade your Starmap. You will receive the message "Starmap Updated. New data has been uploaded to your ships navigation systems. Select the Gamma Sector from the top of the navigator when in galaxy view to advance."
Tips
- Platinum Ore (for Platinum Bars) and Uranium Ore (for Uranium Rods or fuel) can be found deep underground on Beta Sector planets. They are useful for upgrading your pickaxe to a Platinum Pickaxe.
- When fighting the Inactive Robot, it's best to be near a cave entrance.
- After activating the boss, quickly run into a tunnel and block it off with blocks.
- Make sure the boss is jumping against the blocks so you can attack it. Break a couple of blocks above you to create safe zones to jump in and out of.
- Be careful of Flame Burst; heal immediately after taking a hit.
- If you die, retrieve your dropped items and return to the boss location before it despairs.
