Traverse Steep's mountains to find crucial Drop Zones for fast travel and unlock stunning viewpoints at Points of Interest (POIs).

Exploration is a core element of Steep. As you traverse the mountains, you'll discover new Drop Zones and Points of Interest (POIs). Drop Zones are crucial as they serve as fast travel points and starting locations for challenges. POIs often reveal interesting facts about the mountain, provide stunning viewpoints, or even unlock new challenges or Mountain Stories.

To find them, simply ride or fly around the map. Keep an eye on your compass and the mini-map for question mark icons, which indicate undiscovered locations. Flying with the paraglider is an excellent way to scout large areas for these hidden gems. The more you explore, the more opportunities you'll unlock, making your overall Steep experience richer and more varied.
