Outmyway Valley

This level features Outmyway enemies and introduces a transformation flower. The ice blocks kicked by Outmyway enemies have reflections and rotate with color changes.

Pokipede Pass

This level introduces Pokipede enemies that break snow blocks. Red Pokipedes are faster than green ones. Both follow a visible trail of dots. These enemies can break blocks and other objects, potentially revealing secrets.

Condarts Away!

This level features Condart enemies, which are new graphically and mechanically, similar to Robbirds but with more spacing. They travel vertically and horizontally like a Rook in chess and attack only in those directions. They can break brownstones or bricks. Flower Coin #2 is located to the left of the Halfway Point Flag; jump up the wall and ride a spawned floating yellow flower upwards to reach an area in the sky to get it. Alternatively, you can hop on a Condart's head to get it.

Poleblock Passage

This level introduces Pole Blocks, which transform into purple and white poles that can serve as platforms.

Up and Down with Puffy Lifts

This level is considered the best in Fluff-Puff Peaks World #2. It features puffy lifts of different sizes and colors. Players can obtain the Puffy Lift transformation flower here, allowing them to maneuver through spike ball traps and break walls by pushing spike balls.

Flying Ship of Fluff Puff Peaks

This level is tough and features battery-type enemies (red, blue, and yellow) that explode into fireworks and break certain blocks. The Fire Flower is recommended for exploding these enemies and blocks. The Auto-Mushroom badge is also viable. A transformation flower targets Mario and can be used to blow up blocks for Flower Coins. The Pusha enemy at the end can be knocked down by Super Mario (bigger Mario) but not by small Mario.

Countdown to Drop Down

This level has platforms that tick down a number when an in-game object lands on them. The second Purple Flower Coin (10) is near the Green Pipe at the top right corner; enter the pipe and use the P.O.W. block to solve a puzzle.

Cruising with Linking Lifts

This level introduces linking lifts and electric-type Condart enemies.
