At the very summit of the Skyward Spire lies the Shrine of the Dawn, where the Radiant Sentinel awaits. This boss is a master of light and energy, attacking with blinding flashes, laser beams, and summoning smaller Light Constructs. Its weakness is its central 'Energy Core', which is only exposed after it charges a powerful, area-wide laser attack. The strategy is to use your newly acquired Light Barrier (L1/LB + R1/RB) to deflect its laser beams back at it, stunning it. While stunned, its core will be vulnerable. Boost in and unleash your basic attacks. Be mindful of the Light Constructs it summons; they can quickly overwhelm you if left unchecked. After several successful deflections and attacks, the Radiant Sentinel will overload and explode, leaving behind the Light Relic, granting you the 'Light Barrier' ability.
