Complete Tales of the Abyss minigame guide including the Waitress Minigame, Warehouse puzzles, Casino, and Battle Arena.

Waitress Minigame

To play the Waitress Minigame, go to the second floor of Kethelburg's hotel and enter the right room. The objective is to memorize customer orders, order the correct items from the cook, and deliver them. There is no time limit, but customer orders are only displayed for a short duration, making it a memory challenge.

Playing this minigame three times when you first attempt it will earn you the Nariyuki Waitress title for Tear. This title causes a musical note to appear above your character's head when you are in a location where Mieu Wing can be used for an action.

After obtaining Tear's maid costume, speak to the restaurant owner again. The other waitress will challenge Tear to a competition. Playing six consecutive times, even without perfect scores, will reward you with the Fruits Mix recipe.

Warehouse Minigame

These warehouse puzzles involve pushing boxes and barrels into holes in the ground. Some puzzles also contain treasure chests that are only accessible by pushing boxes in a specific sequence. Clearing each warehouse puzzle rewards you with 5000 Gald, except for Sheridan Port which gives 5600 Gald.

Kethelburg Port Warehouse

Items: Pine Gummy, Piyohan, Reverse Doll.

Solution:

1. Move A 1 to the right.
2. Move B 2 to the right.
3. Push C up into the hole.
4. Pull/push B up into the hole.
5. Push D left into the hole.
6. Push E down into the hole.
7. Push F right into the hole.
8. Move A left three, up two, left two, then push it down into the hole.

Grand Cokuma Bar Warehouse

Items: Lollipop, Strange Mark, Lemon Gummy.

Solution:

1. Move D up three into the hole.
2. Move A down and around so that it falls into the hole to the left of D.
3. Push B straight up into the hole.
4. Pull C up and grab the treasure.

Sheridan Port Warehouse

Items: Apple Gummy, All Divide, Holy Ring.

Solution:

1. Move A one to the right.
2. Push B up into the hole.
3. Move C one down, four to the right, up three, and then left one (so that it falls into the hole next to B).
4. Pull D down two, right one, and then up into the hole.
5. Move A such that it falls into the hole to the left of B and C.

Velkende Port Warehouse

Items: Pirate Doll, Apple Gummy, Dark Seal.

Solution:

1. Move A 1 to the right.
2. Move B up three and then right two into the hole.
3. Move C down three and right four into the hole.
4. Move D left six and up one into the hole.
5. Move E down two, left four, then one up into the hole.
6. Push F down into the hole.
7. Push G left into the hole.
8. Push H right 6 and up two into the hole.
9. Push A up into the hole.

Casino

The casino in Kethelburg allows you to trade Gald or Grade for chips to play Nefly Ball or Poker. In Nefly Ball, match numbers to win chips. In Poker, bet chips and aim for the best hand; a pair yields no reward. Winning Poker allows a high/low double-up game up to 10 times.

Chips cannot be exchanged for Gald but can be used to obtain various items, with the available items expanding as you progress.

Battle Arena

The Battle Arena features single and team battles, each with beginner and advanced ranks. Beginner ranks and team advanced consist of three consecutive battles, while advanced single battles require five consecutive fights. Items cannot be used during matches, but cooking is permitted between arena bouts. To access advanced ranks, you must first beat the beginner rank.

Beating the Advanced Single rank for each character earns their arena title (Jade's is a costume title), their best weapon (in most cases), and 35000 Gald. For Luke, this involves sticking a Green FS Chamber on Eishourai and maxing it out as a primary healing method.
