Item Shop Inventories
Navigating the various shops and their ever-changing inventories is crucial for Link's success in Termina. This guide details the stock of every major vendor, including their locations, prices, and any special conditions for purchasing items. Mastering these inventories will ensure you're always prepared for the challenges ahead, whether it's a boss battle, a side quest, or simply restocking your essential supplies.
Clock Town Shops
Clock Town is the bustling hub of Termina, offering several shops that cater to different needs. Their inventories often change depending on the day of the cycle.
Stock Pot Inn Shop (N64/3DS)
Located on the ground floor of the Stock Pot Inn in East Clock Town. This shop offers basic recovery items.
- Red Potion: 30 Rupees (Restores 8 hearts)
- Green Potion: 30 Rupees (Restores magic meter)
- Fairy: 50 Rupees (Revives Link upon death, or can be released to heal)
Bomb Shop (N64/3DS)
Found in West Clock Town, this shop is essential for bomb-related purchases. Its stock expands significantly after certain events.
Initial Inventory (Day 1):
- Bombs (10): 30 Rupees
- Bomb Bag (Small): 50 Rupees (Holds 20 Bombs. One-time purchase.)
Expanded Inventory (After preventing the Bomb Shop Lady's robbery on Night 1):
On Night 1, a thief (Sakon) attempts to steal the Bomb Shop Lady's bomb bag. To unlock the bigger bomb bag, you must intervene:
- Wait in North Clock Town near the Laundry Pool entrance until 12:00 AM on Night 1.
- Sakon will approach the Bomb Shop Lady.
- As soon as Sakon grabs the bag, hit him with your sword or an arrow. He will drop the bag and flee.
- Talk to the Bomb Shop Lady. She will thank you and promise a reward.
Expanded Inventory (Day 2 onwards, if you saved the Bomb Shop Lady):
- Bombs (10): 30 Rupees
- Bombs (20): 60 Rupees
- Bomb Bag (Big): 90 Rupees (Holds 30 Bombs. One-time purchase.)
Strategy Tip: Saving the Bomb Shop Lady is crucial for obtaining the Big Bomb Bag early, which is invaluable for exploration and combat. If you miss it, you can still get the Big Bomb Bag from the Business Scrub in Goron Village for 100 Rupees, but it's less convenient.
