Heart Container Locations
While Heart Pieces are collected in sets of four to form a full Heart Container, there are also eight full Heart Containers scattered throughout Holodrum that immediately increase your maximum health by one heart. Finding all of these is crucial for surviving the later dungeons and boss battles. Below is a detailed guide to their locations and how to acquire them.
Overworld Heart Containers

Heart Container #1: Sunken City (Spring)
This Heart Container is visible early in the game, but inaccessible without the proper season. Head to the Sunken City. Once you have the Rod of Seasons and the Spring power, change the season to Spring. The water level in the city will recede, revealing a path to the Heart Container located on a small island in the center of the area. Simply walk over and collect it.

Heart Container #2: Western Woods (Autumn)
Travel to the Western Woods, specifically the screen directly west of the entrance to the Spool Swamp. You'll notice a small cave entrance blocked by a lone tree. Use the Rod of Seasons to change the season to Autumn. The leaves on the tree will fall, allowing you to burn it down with a Mystery Seed or a Bomb. Enter the now accessible cave to find your Heart Container.

Heart Container #3: Goron Mountain (Winter)
Make your way to Goron Mountain. Navigate to the screen with the large frozen waterfall. Use the Rod of Seasons to change the season to Winter. The waterfall will freeze solid, allowing you to climb it using the Roc's Feather. At the top, you'll find the Heart Container waiting for you.

Heart Container #4: Samasa Desert (Summer)
Head to the Samasa Desert. Locate the quicksand pit in the northern part of the desert that leads to the underground area. Before entering, ensure the season is Summer using the Rod of Seasons. Once inside the underground area, you'll find a path that leads to a chest containing the Heart Container. The Summer season is necessary to access this specific path without getting stuck in quicksand.

Heart Container #5: Graveyard (Bomb)
Go to the Graveyard area. In the northern section, you'll find a cracked wall on the side of a cliff face. Use a Bomb to blow open the wall, revealing a hidden cave. Inside this cave, you'll discover a Heart Container.
Dungeon Heart Containers
Each of the eight main dungeons in Oracle of Seasons contains a Heart Container as a reward for defeating the dungeon's boss. These are unmissable as they appear automatically after the boss is vanquished.

Defeat Aquamentus, the boss of the Gnarled Root Dungeon, to receive this Heart Container.

Defeat Head Thwomp, the boss of the Snake's Remains, to receive this Heart Container.

Defeat Mothula, the boss of the Poison Moth's Lair, to receive this Heart Container.

Defeat Gohma, the boss of the Dancing Dragon Dungeon, to receive this Heart Container.

Defeat Digdogger, the boss of the Unicorn's Cave, to receive this Heart Container.
