When Chloe and Nadine first try to get the Tusk, Asav is mostly heard over the radio, but you'll eventually come face-to-face with him. He's surprisingly tough in a fight, even managing to throw Chloe and Nadine around quite a bit. He's also pretty manipulative, forcing Chloe to solve a puzzle with Sam and Nadine's lives on the line. Ultimately, Asav sells the Tusk to Shoreline for that bomb, intending to detonate it in a city. But Chloe and Nadine reroute the train carrying it. In the final confrontation, they manage to pin him down under the train. Even facing his end, he gloats that he'll be a martyr for the rebellion. The train then goes off the bridge, the bomb detonates, and that's pretty much the end of Asav and his rebellion.
