The Red Death appears at the 30-minute mark in every stage (or earlier in Endless Mode). It is incredibly fast and deals massive damage. Defeating it requires an extremely powerful, optimized build, often involving the Laurel and Clock Lancet. Freezing or stunning it is key to dealing damage.
