Understanding the Cycle and Moods
Duviri operates on a cyclical system, with each cycle lasting approximately 50 minutes. Each cycle is dominated by one of five "Moods" of Dominus Thrax, which significantly alter gameplay, enemy types, and available objectives. Pay close attention to the current Mood displayed on your HUD, as it dictates the challenges and opportunities you'll encounter:
- Joy: Generally easier enemies, focus on exploration and resource gathering.
- Envy: Increased enemy aggression, often features more challenging encounters.
- Fear: Introduces unique environmental hazards and stealth-focused objectives.
- Sorrow: Debuffs to player abilities, requiring more strategic combat.
- Anger: Heavily buffed enemies, demanding peak performance and optimized builds.
The Mood also influences the types of Orowyrm attacks you'll face during the final confrontation, so adapting your strategy is key.
The Duviri Experience: Lone Story vs. The Circuit
Duviri offers two primary modes of engagement, each with distinct goals and rewards:

This is the open-world exploration mode where you'll primarily play as the Drifter, with opportunities to temporarily manifest as a Warframe. It's ideal for farming resources, completing side objectives, and progressing through the main Duviri questline.
- Initial Landing & Objective Selection: Upon spawning, you'll be presented with a choice of objectives. Prioritize "Decree" objectives to quickly gain power. Look for "Story" objectives if you're progressing through the main quest.
- Decrees: These are temporary buffs that significantly enhance your Drifter's and Warframe's capabilities. You earn Decrees by completing objectives, defeating enemies, and finding hidden caches.
- Prioritize Early Decrees: Focus on Decrees that boost damage, survivability, or movement speed in the early stages.
- Synergize Decrees: Look for combinations that complement your chosen Warframe and playstyle. For example, if you have a melee-focused Warframe, seek out melee damage and attack speed Decrees.
- Resource Gathering: Keep an eye out for Duviri-specific resources like Kaithe Feathers (from flying mounts), Duviri Clay (from mining nodes), and various plants. These are crucial for crafting new
