The Archwing — Warframe Walkthrough

The Archwing quest introduces players to specialized Archwing missions, which differ from standard gameplay. During these missions, players will learn about Cephalon Fragments, which appear on the mini-map as blue quadruple diamonds when loot radar mods are equipped. Scanning these fragments unlocks artwork and lore about the Origin System, including Factions, Characters, and Planets.

The Archwing quest focuses on a unique mission type that utilizes Archwing technology. Unlike other missions, Archwing missions, along with Defense and Interception missions, will not contain Cephalon Fragments. However, in other mission types, Cephalon Fragments are important collectibles. They appear on the mini-map as a blue quadruple diamond if players have equipped loot radar mods. Scanning a Cephalon Fragment reveals a portion of associated artwork and provides lore about various aspects of the Origin System, such as Factions, Characters, and Planets.

Players will also interact with various Objects throughout their journey. These static or miscellaneous items can be scanned using the Codex Scanner and are categorized in the Codex. Examples of such objects include Storage Containers, Resource Caches, Kuva Siphons, Kuria, and Thousand-Year Fish.
