Warframe's movement system is incredibly fluid. Mastering it is key to survival and speed:
- Bullet Jump: Crouch + Jump. The most fundamental movement. Can be chained for rapid horizontal or vertical traversal.
- Slide: Sprint + Crouch. Useful for dodging, moving through tight spaces, and building momentum.
- Aim Glide: Jump and hold Aim Down Sights in mid-air. Slows your descent, allows for precise shooting, and can be chained with bullet jumps.
- Wall Latch/Run: Jump onto a wall and hold Aim to latch, or hold forward to run along it. Useful for scaling vertical surfaces.
- Roll: Tap Shift (default) while moving. Provides a brief invulnerability window and can be used to quickly cover ground or dodge attacks.
- Melee Slam: Jump + Melee while in the air. Creates an AoE attack on landing, useful for crowd control or breaking containers.
- Zipling: Interact with ziplines in certain tilesets for quick traversal.
Practice chaining these movements together. A common combo is Bullet Jump -> Double Jump -> Aim Glide -> Roll. This allows for incredibly fast and agile movement, making you harder to hit and quicker to objectives.
