This section of the Warframe Wiki guide details various mission types and covers the removal of Raid missions during an update. Cephalon Fragments appear on the mini-map as a blue quadruple diamond if players use loot radar mods. Scanning a fragment unlocks a portion of associated artwork. Fragments can be found once per mission in random locations, with the exception of Defense, Interception, and Archwing missions, which will never contain a fragment. They reveal information about the Origin System, including Factions, Characters, and Planets.

Wildlife fragments provide lore about creatures of Earth, many of which were manipulated by the Orokin for war, agriculture, or pets. These species adapted and survived after their masters perished. Ordis reflects on his own existence, questioning how a machine can think, a concept forbidden by the Orokin.

Objects are static or miscellaneous items that can be scanned with the Codex Scanner or have object-based health. These are categorized as Objects in the Codex. Trending objects include Storage Containers, Resource Caches, Kuva Siphons, Kuria, and Thousand-Year Fish.
