Favors (1): Other Sidequests

A comprehensive guide to completing all 'Favors' sidequests in Yo-kai Watch, including 'Here, Fishy, Fishy', 'Evil Aura', 'Master Fisher', 'Miss Blossom Heights', and 'Nyunger!'.

Favors are repeatable mini sidequests that usually involve defeating specific Yokai or procuring certain items. They are marked on the map with orange flags and above NPCs' heads with orange bubbles. Favors unlock as you progress in the main story and reward money and/or experience.

Here, Fishy, Fishy

• Available: Chapter 3
• Location: By the pond near the shrine at Mt. Wildwood (Day)
• Reward: 300 XP
• Objective: Catch fish for a girl. Requires a fishing rod, obtained in Chapter 5.
• Carp: 2 (found in rivers)
• Black Bass: 2 (found in lakes)
• Catfish: 2 (found in rivers or lakes)
• Snakehead: 1 (rare, found in rivers)

Evil Aura

• Available: Chapter 5
• Location: Old Man standing outside of Nocture Hospital
• Reward: $28
• Objective: Defeat three of a specific Yokai inside Nocturne Hospital.
• Appak: All three floors
• Casanuva: All three floors
• Compunzer: All three floors
• Cuttincheez: All three floors
• Mircle: 1st/2nd floor

Master Fisher

• Available: Chapter 5
• Location: NPC at Rolling Waves Park in Downtown (Day)
• Reward: 500 XP
• Objective: Catch fish from the ocean next to the NPC. Requires day or night depending on the fish.
• Beakfish: 3 (Day)
• Cowfish: 2 (Day)
• Firefly Squid: 1 (Night)
• Anglerfish: 1 (Night)

Miss Blossom Heights

• Available: Chapter 5
• Location: Doughnut Hill in Blossom Heights
• Reward: 300 XP
• Objective: Purchase items from vendors on Flower Road in Shopper’s Row (Daytime only).
• Carrots: 3 (Greene’s Greens)
• Cucumbers: 3 (Greene’s Greens)
• Chicken Thighs: 2 (Frank’s Butcher Shop)
• Slab Bacon: 1 (Frank’s Butcher Shop)

Nyunger!

• Available: Chapter 5
• Location: Doughnut Hill in Blossom Heights
• Reward: 200 XP
• Objective: Get a Rice Ball for Takeo. Available at any Everymart, except Shrimp Rice Balls which are limited daily at the Breezy Hills Everymart.
