Quest: Infiltrate Moonrise Towers
The Infiltrate Moonrise Towers quest is a central part of Act 2, guiding you through the Shadow-Cursed Lands towards Ketheric Thorm. This quest involves several key objectives, including seeking protection from the Shadow Curse, following a convoy, and ultimately confronting Ketheric Thorm himself. Your choices during this quest can significantly impact the fate of various characters and locations, particularly the Last Light Inn.

If you choose to follow Kar'niss and the convoy to Moonrise Towers, you will receive the Capture Isobel the Selunite Cleric quest. This path leads you to the Last Light Inn under different circumstances. If you abduct Isobel, the Last Light Inn loses its protection from the Shadow Curse, resulting in the death of many inhabitants. It is strongly recommended against this action if you are playing a character aligned with good.
Within Moonrise Towers, you can find Lann Tarv, a Zhentarim trader. She first appears in the Shattered Sanctum within the Goblin Camp and will relocate to Moonrise Towers if the Goblin Leaders are slain. She sells items, including one for 558 gp.
Regarding Ketheric Thorm's Relic, one can be found in Balthazar's room in Moonrise Towers. Another can be looted from Kar'niss in the Ruined Battlefield.
