After defeating Pinstripe, you'll be presented with the option to race Nitros Oxide in Gemstone Valley. You can face him now or return to Citadel City for side challenges. It's recommended to face Oxide now to get him out of the way. During the race, Oxide will start before the green light. He will use power-ups from previous boss races, so catching up and passing him is crucial. Once ahead, use items like TNT Crates, Nitro Crates, or Missiles to maintain your lead if he catches up. You'll have another chance to race him after collecting all the Relics.

This track is similar to Turbo Track but with a different layout. Time crates are located in grassy areas and on higher ground that requires hopping to reach. Boost-chaining can be used in certain areas, or you can hop and use turbo pads to gain speed along with collecting time crates.
