You'll find them in the Hossberg Wetlands, but here's the catch: you can't just wander around and grab them anytime. You'll need to get a few other quests out of the way first. Make sure you've completed "The Cabin in the Blight," "Something Wicked," "Something's Coming," and "Fire and Ice." Once those are done, certain areas will open up, and you'll be able to find the flowers. After you've dealt with the two dragons in the Blighted Shallows, a nasty despair demon called Despair Undying will keep showing up. Finishing this quest is the only way to make it stop. You're looking for three Brona's Broom flowers. They're in the same spots as chests #14, #4, and #8 on the Hossberg Wetlands map. Here are the locations: * Sheltered Glade: This is southwest of the Hossberg merchant. It's the same place where Antoine and Evka Ivo are at the end of "Something's Coming." There's a chest here too. * Old Crossroads: Just east of the beacon, in a small, circular area. To get there, head north first, then turn east at the gap. You'll find a legendary chest here as well. * Solitude's Edge: East of the beacon. Go east, then head north at the gap. There's another chest in this spot. Once you've collected all three flowers, head back to the Blighted Shallows. The despair demon will be gone, and a spirit named Hope Unyielding will be waiting. Give them the flowers, and you'll unlock the "In Peace" trophy. It's a nice little reward for your efforts!
