    Collect Mirror Fragment 1 in the Garden Corridor.

    Collect Mirror Fragment 2 from inside the cage in the Hanging Prison. While here, take a picture of the inside of the cage (the blanket) to find Secret Ghost #13 Reika Kuze.

    In the Wooden Figure Room, stand to the left of the altar and aim your camera at the left side of the altar to photograph Secret Ghost #15 Unengraved Woman. Collect PURIFYING LIGHT and Mirror Fragment 4 from the altar.

    After collecting all Mirror Fragments, you will be teleported back to the Garden Corridor. Save your game and proceed through the doors.

    In the Shrine Courtyard, grab the HERBAL MEDICINE and take a snapshot of the SHRINE WOMAN at the doors of the Engraving Shrine.

    In the Engraving Shrine, take a picture of the WOMAN IN BLIND behind the altar to trigger the Kuze Family Head boss fight. Use Type 14 FILM to defeat her.

    Climb the ladder in the Engraving Shrine and grab the STONE MIRROR for Kei. Collect the PURIFYING CANDLE from the beams if needed.

    Place the Mirror of Loss on the altar in the Engraving Shrine. This will open the screen in the back on the right side.

    Enter the Last Passage, save your game, and go down the steps to the next door. Prepare yourself and save again before opening the final door.
Tips
  • The five Mirror Fragments are located in the Garden Corridor, Hanging Prison, Blind Room, Wooden Figure Room, and Projector Room. They can be collected in any order, but are listed here in a specific sequence for completionists.
  • In the Corridor, look through the peephole to photograph two CEREMONY GIRLS separately.
  • In the Enclosed Room, photograph the two HANDMAIDEN'S LAST on the floor and fight the flying Priestess Girl, who drops RED DIARY 2.
  • In the Room With Blind, move to the window opening and photograph the lump in the blanket to find Secret Ghost #4 Yashu Kuze.
  • Grab TYPE 14 FILM and HERBAL MEDICINE from the Barred Hallway.
  • In the Projection Room, collect Mirror Fragment 5, TYPE 14 FILM, and the FILM "HORIZON" from the projector.
  • In the Kimono Room, grab the PURIFYING CANDLE before ascending stairs to the Hanging Prison.
  • In the Hanging Prison, collect the UPGRADED LENS "PIERCE" w/file along with Mirror Fragment 2.
  • In the Wooden Figure Room, collect Mirror Fragment 4 and PURIFYING LIGHT from the altar. After collecting all fragments, you will receive TATTOOED DIARY 2 and be teleported to the Garden Corridor.
