Walkthrough
  1. 1
Inside the Polytron HQ/Nu Zu classroom.
  2. 2
Open a sealed door in the sewers to reach a red lava/steam level. Find a tuning fork (or magnet?) in a room within this level. Turn on controller vibration.
  3. 3
Reach the top of the red lava/steam level.
  4. 4
Solve the puzzle of the Bell Tower by examining the glyphs on each side of the bell. You can ring the bell.
  5. 5
Open a secret door that only appears at night in the waterfall area to reach the Sync level. Find a tuning fork (or magnet?) inside the Sync level. Turn on controller vibration.
  6. 6
Reach the top of the Sync level.
  7. 7
Solve the mystery of the infinite tower in the waterfall region.
  8. 8
Find a tuning fork (or magnet?) below the lighthouse. Turn on controller vibration.
  9. 9
Solve the mystery of the pier at the Lighthouse.
  10. 10
In the area with a cabin leading to the industrial area, go into the room below the original water level to find an owl statue. Solve the mystery here. Alternatively, decode the QR code on a treasure map found in the area linking Nature and the Dark Blue Sky Area.
  11. 11
Find a secret platform at the very top of the ladder leading up to the industrial zone. Refer to a treasure map to find it.
  12. 12
Enter the Glitch level (underneath the Bell Tower) and reach the end.
  13. 13
In the area linking the Nature area with the Dark Blue Sky Area (Zu Ruins), solve the mystery where a treasure chest was on a floating platform.
  14. 14
In the Dark Blue Sky Area, solve the mystery in an area with several platforms and a small white pole.
Tips
  • To solve the throne room mysteries (in Zu Village and Dark Blue Sky Area), you'll need to beat the game first. The throne rooms are the same but in different timezones. An alternative is decoding a QR code in the sewers, which also requires beating the game.
  • Controller vibration is recommended for finding tuning forks/magnets.
  • The solution to the first mystery requires first-person view.
  • The solution to the Bell Tower mystery requires knowledge of the number system.
  • The solution to the infinite tower mystery requires knowledge of the dodecahedron system.
  • The solution to the Lighthouse mystery requires first-person view and knowledge of the dodecahedron system.
  • The solution to the mystery below the original water level requires first-person view.
