The unique 'Card System' is FragPunk's defining mechanic. Before each round, players draw a hand of ability cards. These cards grant temporary buffs, deployable items, or powerful active abilities. Understanding how to effectively use and combine these cards is key to victory.

• Card Types: Cards can be 'Active' (used once for an immediate effect), 'Passive' (provide a continuous buff for the round), or 'Deployable' (place an object in the environment).
• Drawing Cards: At the start of each round, you'll draw a new hand. You can often 're-roll' a limited number of cards to try for better options.
• Synergy: Look for card combinations that complement your Agent's abilities or your team's strategy. For example, a 'Damage Boost' card combined with an Assault Agent's ultimate ability can be devastating.
