2. Travel to San Matheus: Fast travel or walk to San Matheus. Upon arrival, head towards the central plaza where the large statue of Saint Matheus is located.
3. Examine the Statue: Interact with the statue. You'll notice the reddish liquid. Your character will comment on the unusual nature of the "tears."
4. Gather Initial Information (Optional but Recommended):

10. Confrontation and Decision Point: Return to San Matheus. You now have several options on how to proceed, each with significant consequences:
    • Option 1: Expose the Truth (Scientific Approach):
      • Speak with the Theleme Guard Captain and present Doctor Aurelia's findings and your discovery in the caves.
      • Consequence: The Guard Captain will be furious and accuse you of blasphemy. This will significantly decrease your Theleme reputation.
