Master the Riccardo boss fight in Haunting Ground. Learn his disadvantages, advantages, attacks, and strategies to defeat him and secure the Godstone.

Stats / Weaknesses:

• Disadvantages: Has a gun, is fast, causes Fiona to panic when shot at her feet, has creepy music, many enemies create silence making him hard to track, few hiding places, appears frequently when needing to use machines, little info on getting the Godstone, very persistent when searching.
• Advantages: Bad shot with a gun, can be temporarily disposed of (e.g., dropped down holes), relatively easy if strategy is known, cannot enter the crypt, can hide in the Daniella area.

Phases:

1. Phase 1: With Gun - Riccardo uses his gun and other attacks.
2. Phase 2: Without Gun - Riccardo's attacks change after losing his gun, becoming more melee-focused.

Strategy:

• Prioritize avoiding his gun attacks by staying far away, as he is a poor shot at range.
• Use the environment for cover and hiding, particularly the Daniella area or by dropping him down holes.
• When he attacks with his gun, move away from Fiona's feet to prevent panic.
• If he grabs Fiona by the throat (without his gun), button-mash to escape or have Hewie assist.
• For his melee attacks (Triple Punch, Single Punch, Kick), maintain distance or backstep to avoid being hit or knocked down.
• Once his gun is gone, he becomes significantly easier to manage.
• Killing Riccardo is crucial for achieving the good ending. Failure to do so, especially if Hewie has been mistreated, may lead to the bad ending.
