Head to the Space Needle. Climb to the base and find a red vent on a glass platform. Dash into it to be launched upwards.

While airborne, aim for the center and grab the position between the middle sheets. Climb to the top.

At the next platform, use another red vent. Above, there are large boards with a yellow ladder. Spring off the vent and air dash to the ladder.

Climb the ladder to the catwalk. Walk partway around and turn towards the center to find white beams. Climb these.

At the top, jump to the center catwalk. On the outside of the catwalk, a yellow ladder can be climbed.

At the top of this ladder, turn around and jump to the yellow cable running up the center. Continue climbing. At the top, jump from the flagpole to a gap and onto another catwalk.

At the end of this catwalk, climb the white plate girders up the side.

Bounce between the white sheet girders and then jump/dash to a platform sticking out to the side.

From this platform, look left for a similar platform above. Jump and dash to its bottom and climb to the top.

At the top, jump to the hanging yellow cable. Make your way along it. At the end, set down and dash through a red vent.

After the vent, you'll land near the top of the Space Needle. Deal with the DUP enemies. Find the next red vent to reach the very top.

Upon reaching the top, you'll encounter the Bishop. Use dashes to escape rock formations or foot lockdowns. Destroy the rocks protecting him, then use a Sulfur Bomb to Subdue him.

Use barricades for cover and move to the next safe area. If you get close to the Bishop, attack him with a three-hit combo to damage his rock shield.

After defeating the Bishop, attempt to break the winch. You will fail and need more power. Destroy the Core Relay on the Needle and absorb its power to learn Orbital Drop.

Subdue or Execute several people until the Karmic meter is full. Use Orbital Drop to destroy the winch. Make your graphic choice when prompted.
