Tag the Houses: Head to each star. When you arrive, you'll need to clear out any enemies first to make it safe to tag the boat, which is usually on the upper level of the building. Keep an eye out for innocent civilians trapped inside some of these houses; you'll need to find a way to let them out.

Reinforcements and Neon: After you tag each building, more enemies will show up. This can get tricky because the boats themselves don't offer much cover. Your best bet is to keep moving and only stop to shoot from behind railings. If you're running low on Neon, remember the tackle shop on land has several signs attached to it – a good place to refuel.

The Rooftop Rendezvous: Eventually, enemies will start coming at you from land, including a bunch on top of the tackle shop. You don't need to wipe everyone out, but keep fighting until you get the message to meet Fetch across the street. Once you see that, you can ditch the fight and head for the rooftop where she's waiting. This marks the end of the first part.

The Truck Chase: Now, Fetch wants you to follow a truck. This part is less about speed and more about precision. Falling anywhere near the truck means mission over, so double-check your jumps and use both your Dash and Hover abilities.

Final Confrontation and Rescue: When the truck reaches its destination, you'll face another wave of drug dealers. Keep your distance and use your shooting skills to take them down. Don't be afraid to retreat if you take too much damage. After you've dealt with the dealers, you'll need to free the women held in the back of the truck.
