As soon as the mission starts, defeat the two Yiga Blademasters blocking the path to the citadel.

Activate the first Korok seed's pinwheel in an outpost on the bottom left corner of the map.

Head to the Akkala citadel and capture the outpost. Advance to the bridge, which is blocked.
