Test Chamber 13 and 14 Overview

This section covers strategies for Test Chambers 13 and 14 in Portal Reloaded. You'll learn how to manipulate lasers and reflector cubes across different timelines to solve puzzles and progress through the game. Mastering time portals is key to success in these chambers.

Test Chamber 13

Begin by placing your portals as shown in the initial image. Use a portal to direct the laser sideways, then use a time portal to send the laser into the future. You can then run through the time portal, taking minor damage from the laser if necessary, to travel to the future.

In the future, you can reposition portals without affecting their present-day locations. Arrange portals so the laser hits the target directly, opening the door to complete the chamber.

Test Chamber 14

Start Test Chamber 14 by traveling to the present via a time portal. Summon a reflector cube from the central switch and position it in the present as indicated in the image. Use a portal to guide a laser through the first node, then use the reflector cube to bounce the laser into the next two nodes. After this, travel to the future.
