- 1Swim right until an unknown entity pulls you underwater, waking you from your nightmare in the Prison area.
- 2Jump off the bed, push through the door to the left, and follow the walkway to an open room.
- 3Drop through the floorboards into a familiar room.
- 4Run to the opposite side and hold the climb button to climb down the cages to the first floor.
- 5Stick to the back of the room near the cell doors.
- 6About halfway along the back wall, follow the girl with a flashlight to the left.
- 7Follow her through the bars into the kid's playroom.
- 8Squeeze through the next set of bars to reach the bathroom.
- 9Continue through the door on the left.
- 10Climb on the small metal box next to the door to jump to the sink and grab the Bottle [01/05].
- 11Return to the floor and grab the same small box by holding the climb button.
- 12Move the box toward the other boxes across from the door.
- 13Climb up the larger boxes by grabbing the metal mesh and squeeze through the window bars.
- 14Hold onto the makeshift rope as you climb down to the ground.
- 15Follow the girl up the boxes and through the small hole.
- 16Drop into the drain to access a new area.
- 17After landing in the partially submerged room, swim right until you stand up.
- 18Move the orange suitcase to the right wall.
- 19Grab the ledge and pull up to solid ground.

- 36After escaping the water, drop into the cistern and head right.
- 37Grab one of the cans on the ground and toss it at the leeches blocking the pipe.
- 38Run in a circle to avoid the leeches before jumping to the pipe.
- 39Once in the pipe, continue right until you drop into another room filled with water.
- 40Climb the grate on the back wall to reach solid ground.
- 41Use the pillar to the left of the main lever, with exposed re-bar, to climb up.
- 42Shimmy left and back jump to the lever for the generator.
- 43Move the main lever once to the right to raise the water level.
- 44Drop into the water below.
- 45On the right side of the wall, climb through a small pipe to find another Bottle [02/05].
- 46Return to the main control panel and move the lever into the 4th position.
- 47Drop back into the water and swim through the hatch on the right.
- 48Climb the ladder nearby.
- 49Crawl through the small vent in the back right corner.
- 50Swim from obstacle to obstacle, keeping moving in the water.
- 51Get a running jump toward each new object to avoid spending too much time in the water.
- 52About halfway through, climb onto the suitcase near a ladder and climb up.
- 53Walk across the wooden walkway.
- 54Hop into the water and use the nearby luggage to reach the Bottle [03/05] on the platform in the corner.
- 55Continue right to solid ground.
- 56Jump and grab onto the exposed re-bar pillar on the left side of the platform.
- 57Back jump to the crates.
- 58Raise the bag up until the bottom is about even with the top of the crates.
- 59Jump and grab onto the bag.
- 60Shimmy around.
Tips
- The flashlight enables you to traverse through dark areas by pressing the flashlight button to turn it on/off.
- The Runaway Kid must avoid the light of the eye, though he won't be turned to stone instantly.
- Stay ahead of the bubbles or you'll be pulled under by the stalking creature.
- Keep moving when in the water to avoid the Granny.
