You'll need to snag the recipe from Diane. She hangs out in the Witch's Garden, right outside your house, but only until 6 PM each day. It'll set you back 10 Luna Coins. If you're short, don't worry! Once you've got it, make sure to open it in your inventory to learn it – it'll then show up in your encyclopedia.

How to Get Bird Flower Water:

This one's pretty straightforward. You'll need to pop 4 Bird Flowers into the Extractor. You might have already gotten some when you helped Diane test a Nutrition Potion on a Sprout Bird. When they get that potion, they drop four Bird Flowers. If you've used yours up or lost them, no worries! You can craft your own Nutrition Potion (grab that recipe from Diane too!) and then sneak up on a wild Sprout Bird. How to Get Dried Pumpkin Terrier Fur:

You'll also need the Roaster Handle. You can grab that from Aurea in the village for 150 gold coins. Once your roaster is ready to go, you can start making that Dried Pumpkin Terrier Fur!

Alright, time to head to your Witch's Cauldron. Toss in the Dried Pumpkin Terrier Fur and the Bird Flower Water. Now, carefully lower the fire to stage 3 and set your ladle to 'don't stir'.
