In 'The Art of Racing', follow the avenue towards the ferris wheel and drive through the gap underneath it, avoiding the stopping cars.

Navigate the hedge maze to the first checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death). The second entrance on the right is recommended.

Reach the circular hedge, make a quick left for the checkpoint.

Move two streets north for the next checkpoint; hopping through a glass window near the glass pyramid or leaving through the northern gates are options.

Navigate small streets to another checkpoint. Waiting for the next alley is less confusing than the curving one.

Go through an alley and take the next road to the riverside road for a checkpoint.

The next checkpoint is in the plaza with the glass pyramid. Jump through a glass window to enter the plaza quickly after hitting the checkpoint.

Grab the checkpoint in the hedgemaze, go under the ferris wheel, and then under the Arc de Triumph for a checkpoint.

Take a street to the right for the next checkpoint, then a gap between two buildings.

Cross the grass to the road near the Seine River, then head down the lower road next to the river for a checkpoint.

Find the finish line checkpoint on your map after hitting the riverside checkpoint.

Use an off-ramp to reach street level, carefully turning to avoid going over the railing.

Hit the checkpoint in the plaza, then use the glass pyramid to reach the finish line.

Follow Ian and his buddies to the first bridge, then onto a road on the other side of the Seine River where you will be going against traffic. Pull onto the divider on the left.

A shortcut is available at the start: shortcut through a window at the first turn and jump into the plaza near the glass pyramid. From there, go left on the road and leave the plaza through the gates. Drive across the bridge and hang a right onto the riverside road.

Go under the Eiffel Tower with Ian, then pull onto the road to the south of the tower, driving on the road divider on the left to avoid traffic.

Drive through the arches on the upcoming roundabout.

When you reach another bridge, hang a right before crossing it. Make a left turn and go into the small park on the right to hit the checkpoint.

Look for a small road running down the middle of the island on your map and pull onto it.

At the end of the road, go through the alleys to the tip of the island and over a jump to leap onto a barge in the river. From the barge, jump to the gates of the plaza on the other side of the river.

Cut through the plaza and hit the checkpoint at the roundabout to the north.

Go straight south down the larger road, then turn left onto another big road. Follow this street to the next checkpoint.

From that checkpoint, hang a quick right, go down the road to a roundabout, and take the larger street on the right.

Follow this street to an area of alleyways where you will find the finish.

The course is very straight with gentle curves but has a large amount of traffic.

Drive on the dividers on the roads to avoid traffic.
