Take the next off-ramp, drive straight to three arches, go through one, turn right onto Vicennes Road, and use a ramp in the middle (at 90 MPH) to reach the top of a train bridge. Stay put to shut down the engine within the 2:30.00 limit. Avoid hitting cops to keep Heat level down.
