Mid Boss: Myconid

The Myconid is a boss with three forms: Mushroom, Giant, and Humanoid. It typically starts in Mushroom Form, which is easy to avoid with its headbutt, but guard against Poison Gas. After the first health phase, it transforms into Giant Form, which deals massive damage and covers a large area; using items like Blaze is effective. The final form is the fastest and hardest to dodge. The order of forms may vary when playing as other characters.

• Mushroom Form Attacks: Headbutt, Poison Gas
• Giant Form Attacks: Punch, Roll, Poison Gas, Vine Smash (Smashes the ground, creating spike vines)
• Humanoid Form Attacks: Uppercut, Kick, Poison Spores

Mid Boss: Unicorn Knight x2

This is the first Trial Stage for Gwendolyn, featuring two high-level Unicorn Knights. Clearing this stage rewards a Miracle Fruit S, an expensive item useful for HP restoration or EXP. You can skip this stage if you cannot clear it. Prioritize defeating the healing faeries first, then focus on the knights. Watch out for the Unicorn Knight's fatal mega charge attack, which it performs three times around the map. Use the minimap (radar (your minimap with nearby blips and threats marked)) for a better overview. Gwendolyn's Freeze Lance is effective for immobilizing the bosses. Consider using Freeze Lance to freeze a knight, then follow up with Killer Cloud or Whirlwind.

Boss: Mercedes

Mercedes can be defeated quickly by rushing her down. She can be stunned or frozen with special attacks. Her attacks cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) a significant distance, so guarding is recommended if she retaliates. Mercedes is vulnerable to attack items, which may inflict status ailments.
