Tips
  • Always keep your eyes peeled for single ripples while fishing; they are useless debris and use up a fishing try.
  • Joke weapons do not spend fishing tries, so there is no reason not to catch them if you are interested.
  • If you are not interested in joke weapons, you can throw bait and immediately pull it back to conserve your bait.
  • If you don't want to use a fishing try, you can catch a fish or break the line to exit the fishing mini-game after getting a joke weapon.
