How to Beat Ichiryusai Madarame

Beat Persona 5 Royal's Ichiryusai Madarame using Curse-nullifying Personas and physical attacks. Master Mementos Requests for Shadow Aino and Shadow Ono.

How to Beat Ichiryusai Madarame

To effectively challenge Ichiryusai Madarame, focus on Personas that resist or nullify Curse, as Mamudo can instantly defeat your party. Utilize Morgana's Lucky Punch and physical attacks from Ryuji and Yusuke for significant damage. Acquire Inugami and Jack Frost from Madarame's Palace for Curse Nullification and Ice Drain respectively.

Your primary objective is to avoid instant death from Mamudo. Other attacks can be managed with accessories. Two Mementos requests are associated with Madarame's arc:

Mementos Fight: Shadow Ono/Koropokguru

This boss is weak to Fire, Electric, and Nuclear. It uses Mabufu to trip up Fire Persona users, Tarukaja to increase its Attack, and Dream Needle to induce sleep. Focus on knocking it down with Fire/Electric attacks and using All-Out Attacks. If it is raining during the fight, the enemy may occasionally skip a turn due to aching joints.
