Nothing is missable in persona 5 tactica until the point of no return after Mission 50. Learn what carries over to New Game+.
Missables:
Persona 5 Tactica is a generous game, with no missable content until the point of no return. You can replay completed missions to earn Awards, listen to old conversations (prompted at Leblanc when available for GP), and Quests do not expire. There are no chests to loot on maps. The only things you cannot repeat are boss battles and quests, but there is no real reason to do so.
Point of No Return:
After completing Mission 50, you will be prepared to fight the final boss. Embarking on the final mission is the point of no return. It is recommended to keep a hard save just before leaving to challenge the final boss. All previous content can be completed at this point.
New Game+:
After completing the game, you will be prompted to create a “clear data” file. Loading this file will start a New Game+ playthrough.
How New Game+ Works:
In persona 5 tactica, New Game+ is available. Upon completing the final main mission, you can create a “clear data” save. Loading this save starts New Game+. You will retain the following for your New Game+ playthrough:
- Money (yen)
- Weapons
- Persona Compendium progress (including unlockable fusions)
Your character level will reset, and any GP earned in the previous playthrough will be lost. Characters will only have access to their basic skills, and you must relevel by playing through the game again. Any persona you had in your inventory or equipped will be removed, forcing you to resummon them. You will not be able to replay missions completed in your previous playthrough until you complete them again in this playthrough. You won’t be able to equip any of your old weapons until you reach Leblanc following the completion of Mission 4 - The Mysterious Girl. Persona summoning/fusion will remain locked until you complete Mission 8 - Signal the Counterattack. All characters (Erina, Ann, Futaba, Ryuji, Haru, Makoto, Yusuke, Toshiro) will remain unavailable until they unlock again via main mission progression, as will all gameplay elements (Triple Threats, the Charge mechanic, Follow-Up Attacks, etc.). While late-game personas and weapons will make your second playthrough easier, there are no new difficulty modes, super bosses, or stages unique to New Game+.
What Doesn't Carry Over in New Game+:

- Mission progress, including replays
- Quest progress
- Phantom Thieves level
- GP earned
- Skills unlocked (including ultimate skills)
- Gameplay features (Triple Threats, Charge, Follow-Up Attacks)
- Character unlock status
- Talk with allies progress
