Don't bother with the one out in the open yet; he's a bit of a distraction. Your goal is to use Joker's melee attack on the exposed Musketeer. This will knock him down and also hit the one in cover, knocking them both down.

    This melee attack on the Musketeer gives Joker a 'One More.' Keep moving forward with Joker until you reach a ladder. Use Joker's Eiga skill on the Musketeer who's still in cover down below to knock him out of it.

    Now, switch over to Erina. Move her forward as far as she can go. Then, shoot a nearby Musketeer. This should grant Erina a 'One More.'

    With Erina, climb down the ladder right in front of you. Advance until you're near some crates, which should put you in front of the two Musketeers Joker knocked down earlier. Shoot them with Erina to get another 'One More.'

    Still controlling Erina, move forward as much as possible. Now, cast Partisan on the enemy to your right. This is the Musketeer who was behind the barrier, the one Joker made vulnerable with Eiga earlier.

    Time to switch to Morgana. Climb up a ladder to get onto a platform where you'll see an exposed Musketeer. For now, ignore him. Instead, go down the *other* ladder on the opposite side of the platform. You'll find another Musketeer hiding in cover. Position yourself near the ladder and use Morgana's Maru skill on the Musketeer up on the platform above you. This should give Morgana a 'One More.'

    Continue with Morgana and move towards the Musketeer who's hiding behind cover. Use a melee attack on him to knock him off the ledge, right into Erina's path.

    Switch back to Erina. Move her forward as far as she can go. Now, shoot the Musketeer that Morgana just knocked down. This should give Erina the final 'One More' you need, granting her enough movement to reach the objective area.
