Navigate the mid-game of Raft with our comprehensive guide. Discover key locations like the Radio Tower, Vasagatan, and Balboa Island, and uncover the story's progression.
This guide covers the mid-game exploration in Raft, focusing on the story progression and key locations. To begin the story, you'll need to craft and install a Receiver and three Antennas on your raft. Entering randomized four-digit codes into the Receiver will unlock new story elements and guide you to various destinations.
The First Chapter
The first chapter begins with the Radio Tower. After finding the code, you'll be directed to this location. Inside and around the tower, you can find notes and transcripts left by previous inhabitants, offering hints about the survivors' stories. At the tower's highest point, you'll find the first survivor, Tala, and a whiteboard hinting at the final location, Utopia. You'll also receive the code for the abandoned super yacht, Vasagatan. Additionally, you can find useful Materials, the Blueprint: Head Light, the Blueprint: Recycler, and Loot Boxes.
Within the Radio Tower, four story-related notes can be found. Three are diary entries from engineers Cuckoo, Owl, and Sparrow, who were working on reactors and attempting to reach Selene. The notes detail their struggles, Sparrow's disappearance with their boat, and their hopes for the mission's success. Owl's radio notes contain traces of distress calls from Balboa Island and Varuna Point, as well as communications mentioning Tangaroa City and Utopia.
Following the Radio Tower, you will explore Vasagatan and Balboa Island.
The Second Chapter
The second chapter introduces Caravan Island and Tangaroa City.
The Third Chapter
The third chapter includes Varuna Point, Temperance, and the final destination, Utopia.
