    Locate the partially concealed entrance to The Clogged Drain within a Sewer dungeon (minimap (a small map displayed on your HUD (Heads-Up Display)) can help).

    Clear obstructions and enter the short tunnel.

    At the tunnel's end, look left to find a Bloat (an enemy type) stuck in the bottom of an arch.

    Shoot the Bloat, being aware this will likely alert other enemies.

    Jump from the tunnel onto a wooden platform and walk around the pillar to the right.

    Around the first corner, eliminate two Electric Bloats (a variant of Bloat) across the chamber.

    Continue around the platform. After the second corner, you will see the Burden of the Divine (an item) glowing purple on another platform. Do not attempt to jump for it yet.

    Walk around the platform.

    Around the next corner, you will see Electric Bloats on either side of a large drain pipe. A Bloat is stuck inside this pipe, causing a clog.

    Kill all enemies on the ledge.

    Continue around the platform and pick up the Burden of the Divine.

    Stand at the corner of this platform and look across the chamber to see a narrow ledge in front of a circular tunnel.

    Jump to the ledge, aiming for the wide part in front of the opening, and walk down the tunnel.

    Follow the tunnel through a couple of left turns until it opens onto a large, wooden platform.

    Locate a treasure chest on the platform.

    Jump off the platform's edge under the large arch to return to the dungeon.

The Meridian Handgun is also available in The Clogged Drain Injectable, but requires a timed wait.

  1. After unclogging the drain, you must wait approximately 90 minutes in real time (or adjust your system clock by that amount).
  2. During this wait, the chamber will fill with water from the unclogged drain.
  3. After the wait, return through the tunnel entrance as before.
  4. Walk around the first pillar.
  5. In the area where the Burden of the Divine was previously located, you will now see wooden pallets floating between your platform and another opening in the wall.
  6. Jump across the pallets and enter the opening across the flooded chamber.
  7. Follow the passage to the left into a small room.
  8. The Meridian Handgun will be on the floor next to a Dran (an NPC (non-player character — anyone the game controls, not you) type).
  9. Pick up the Meridian Handgun.
  10. Jump back across the pallets to the central platform.
  11. Follow the central platform around to the exit tunnel to leave the dungeon.
