Walkthrough
  1. 1
After the initial sequence in the village, run and evade enemies for a few minutes. Use Decoy Bottles if needed.
  2. 2
Fisher will drop a ladder near the bar; use it and follow him to a narrow cliff-side path leading to a gate.
  3. 3
Pick up the Green Herb behind the gate and follow Fisher to a weak wall. Claire will interact with it, leading into a tunnel system.
  4. 4
Head down the slope, grab the Town Map, and trigger a dialogue scene with Moira and Neil.
  5. 5
In the open room, find an Empty Bottle in the left corner and a Crate with Odorous Chemical nearby.
  6. 6
Up the slope, find two Barrels and a GIANT Kafka Drawing 3/6 on the wall to the right.
  7. 7
Exit the tunnels. Before leaving, mark the Kafka Drawing.
  8. 8
Once outside, head towards the tower. Look left past the wooden fence for Tower Emblem 3/9 on a distant wall. Shoot it if possible, or wait until Barry's section.
  9. 9
Proceed on the right side of the area. Check behind you for a Crate near a closed-off tunnel.
  10. 10
Near a car on the left, a DOG enemy will appear. Surprise and shoot it, or use Moira to stun it while Claire attacks. Another dog will appear soon after. Neil will assist.
  11. 11
Near the exit door, two more dogs will appear. Defeat them. To the right of the door is Kafka Drawing 4/6.
  12. 12
Grab the Sparkle Item in the right corner. As you break down the door with Moira, be ready for two more dogs.
  13. 13
In the next area, break the Crate in front of you. Note the afflicted in the small area to the right; save ammo.
  14. 14
To the right is a broken ladder. Right of that, find a Sparkle Item among scrap metal. Use the ladder.
  15. 15
After a short scene, find a Topaz in the corner upstairs. Head inside.
  16. 16
In the next room, find Alcohol straight ahead and Cloth on a nearby desk. You can craft Disinfectant.
  17. 17
Head out the door and find a Military Box near the railing containing a Parts Box.
  18. 18
Head down the stairs. An armored afflicted is in the kitchen area to the lower left. Engage and defeat it, along with two more afflicted in the back.
  19. 19
Explore the bottom floor for a Crate in the back and a Sparkle Item by chairs.
  20. 20
In the kitchen, move a box to get Shotgun Ammo. Use the moveable box in the dining room to obtain the ShotgunTAP194 from the wall.
  21. 21
Use the metal gate to continue. Head south for a Crate.
  22. 22
Lure the large afflicted enemy to the south and defeat it.
  23. 23
North of the area, take out a sleeping dog. In the playground to the left, defeat another sleeping dog and an afflicted.
  24. 24
On the south side of the playground, find a Red Herb. Under the benches, find a Sparkle Item.
  25. 25
To the north, defeat the last armored afflicted.
  26. 26
Push the Crates by the bus to proceed (push the southern one first).
  27. 27
Head through the bus and check the back for a Topaz. Under the metal beam in front of the bus, find a Sparkle Item.
  28. 28
Continue past the gate and follow the mysterious girl. Nab the Empty Bottle nearby and head up the staircase into the building.
  29. 29
The path straight ahead is blocked. Head right and take a left. The door is locked.
Tips
  • Use Decoy Bottles to distract enemies during the initial village survival phase.
  • Consider using Moira's Partner AI skill to stun enemies for Claire to finish off.
  • Save ammo on the afflicted in the small area to the right after entering the second tunnel system; they are not required to fight.
  • The ShotgunTAP194 is an upgrade to Claire's existing shotgun.
  • When fighting the large afflicted, lure it to the south to avoid attracting other enemies.
  • Push the southern Crate by the bus first to allow the northern one to be pushed.
  • The Tower Emblem 3/9 can be difficult to shoot from a distance; consider waiting for Barry's section if you have a sniper rifle.
